Terms of use

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Zelka Health app (web, iPhone, Android), published by the company identified in the legal notice. Creating an account constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Users

Zelka Health is intended for physicians and healthcare professionals in the course of their practice. Users guarantee the accuracy of their account information and the confidentiality of their password.

3. Nature of the service

Answers (consultation notes, documents, translations, protocols, interactions, dosages, diagnostic avenues, image analyses) are generated by an artificial intelligence model, without prior human review. They may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Zelka Health is a decision-support tool. The physician remains solely and ultimately responsible for every decision: they check every answer before any use, particularly doses, and do not rely on the tool in emergency situations.

4. Trial and subscription

• 3-day free trial with every feature, no payment method required.
• Monthly subscription of €18 incl. VAT, renewed each month until cancelled.
• Web subscription: payment via Stripe, cancellation from the Subscription screen in the app. Mobile subscription: in-app purchase, managed and cancelled in the App Store or Google Play, under the terms of those platforms.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; a period already begun is not refunded, unless otherwise provided by law.

5. Fair use

To guarantee the service for everyone, usage is capped each day (AI requests, minutes of audio, photos). Users shall refrain from any misuse, automated use or unlawful use, and from any attempt to compromise the security of the service.

6. Personal data

Data processing is described in the privacy policy. Users shall refrain from entering identifying data about their patients (name, social security number) where it is not necessary.

7. Availability and liability

The publisher uses reasonable means to ensure the availability of the service, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. The publisher cannot be held liable for decisions made by the user on the basis of the tool’s answers.

8. Account deletion

Users can export their data and delete their account at any time from the app (Profile). A mobile subscription must be cancelled separately in the store.

9. Changes, governing law

These terms may change; users are informed of this in the app. Governing law: French law; failing an amicable settlement, the courts with jurisdiction over SMT NEXT’s registered office are competent. Contact: contact@zelkahealth.fr.
