Designed around medical confidentiality

Zelka Health processes what you share with it only for as long as it takes to answer, and nothing more.

  • No clinical data is kept

    Audio, photos and translation conversations are processed in memory, then discarded. No patient record is ever created.

  • Your drafts stay on your device

    History and drafts are stored only on your phone or in your browser, for 30 days, and can be deleted at any time.

  • Hosted in the European Union

    Servers and artificial intelligence (Claude, via Amazon Bedrock) in Europe; data encrypted.

Frequently asked questions

Does Zelka Health replace my clinical judgement?

No. It is a decision-support tool: it suggests, you decide. Every answer carries this warning and should be reviewed before use.

What happens to my patients’ data?

Audio recordings, photos and conversations are never kept: they are processed only for as long as it takes to answer. Your drafts and history stay on your device. Full details are in the privacy policy.

Where do the answers come from?

They are generated by Claude, an artificial intelligence model from Anthropic, used via Amazon Bedrock in Europe, with strict medical instructions. They cite the guidelines and SmPCs used where there are any.

What happens after the 3-day trial?

Nothing is charged automatically. If you wish to continue, you subscribe from within the app; otherwise access ends and you can export your data or delete your account.

How do I cancel?

From the Subscription screen in the app (web subscription), or in the App Store or Google Play settings (mobile subscription). Access remains open until the end of the paid period.

Is there a usage limit?

A daily cap protects the service: 50 AI requests, 2 hours of audio and 30 photos per day, more than enough to cover a full day of consultations.

Which languages are supported?

French, English, Spanish and German for the interface, answers and dictation. Patient translation covers more languages.
