Account deletion

From the app

• Open Zelka Health on your phone or at zelkahealth.app and sign in.
• Go to Profile, then tap Delete my account.
• Confirm with Delete permanently. Deletion is immediate.

What is deleted

Your account and sign-in credentials, your profile (first name, last name, e-mail, specialty, language), your subscription, your usage counters and your reports. Backup copies are erased within 30 days.

A web subscription is cancelled immediately; invoices remain available from Stripe, as required by law. Your history and drafts, stored only on your devices, are removed when you uninstall the app or clear your browser data.

App Store or Google Play subscription

A subscription taken out through the App Store or Google Play is not cancelled when you delete your account: cancel it first in your Apple or Google account settings.

Without access to the app

Write to us from your account’s e-mail address at contact@zelkahealth.fr: your account will be deleted within 30 days.
