The zelkahealth.fr website sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement or advertising tools.

Data processed by the app

  • Account (surname, first name, email, specialty, language): server in Ireland (EU), for the lifetime of the account.
  • Subscription (status, purchase channel, payment identifiers): server in Ireland (EU), for the lifetime of the account; invoices held by Stripe, receipts by Apple or Google.
  • Usage counters (number of requests, minutes of audio): 13 months.
  • Reports about an answer: under your account, the text of the answer being attached only if you choose to.
  • Audio, photos, translation conversations: processed in memory for as long as it takes to answer, never stored by Zelka Health.
  • History and drafts: on your device only, 30 days, deletable.
  • Technical logs, with no clinical content: 30 days.

Purposes and legal bases

Providing the service and managing the subscription (performance of the contract); ensuring security and preventing abuse (legitimate interest); keeping accounts (legal obligation).

Processors

  • Amazon Web Services (Ireland, EU): hosting, authentication, Claude artificial intelligence via Amazon Bedrock, speech synthesis, emails.
  • OpenAI: speech-to-text transcription.
  • Stripe: payment for the web subscription and invoices.
  • Apple, Google: in-app purchases in the mobile apps.
  • RevenueCat: tracking of in-app purchases (account identifier and receipts, no clinical data).

Transfers outside the European Union and applicable safeguards: TO BE COMPLETED.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. From the app (Profile), you can export your data and delete your account immediately. For any other request: contact@zelkahealth.fr.

You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
